Realign Her

Understand your body, not just track it

Most women were never taught why the week before their period can feel the way it does. Not imagined, not fragile, not "just stress". Hormonal, real, and following a pattern that repeats every single month.

Nobody explained the pattern. Realign Her does.

If you have a cycle, this was built for you

Some of us arrive here with a name for it already. PMOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, PMDD, fibroids, or cycles that have never once behaved predictably. You have likely spent years being told your numbers looked fine while your body clearly disagreed.

Others arrive with no diagnosis at all, just the sense that energy, mood, appetite and sleep move on some rhythm nobody ever mapped out.

Both of you are in the right place. Understanding your own hormonal patterns is not a service for the unwell. It is basic information about your own body, and almost none of us were given it.

Phase-aware, not just a calendar

Most apps record what happened. Realign Her reads where you are in your cycle and explains what that phase tends to mean for your energy, mood and body.

Then it keeps watching. Over months, it learns your patterns specifically, so the picture stops being general and starts being yours.

A look at what you will get

Example screens with sample data, so you can see how the app reads a cycle rather than only recording one.

The phase breakdown

One arc for the whole cycle, split by phase, with a soft glow marking where you are today. Each phase is listed as days and percentage, so you can see how long you actually spend in each one and how that shifts month to month. Most people have never seen their own cycle drawn this way.
